The Heth Academic Center for Research of Competition and Regulation
The Heth Academic Center is an inter-disciplinary research center in the College of Management cademic Studies in Israel, founded thanks to a donation given by Prof. Emeritus Meir Heth (formerly the Supervisor of Banks in Israel
The center's goal is to research and develop knowledge in the fields of competition and regulation, for the purpose to improve regulation designed to promote markets' efficiency and public welfare. The center is aimed to focus on Israeli markets and analyze their problems. The Center acts in collaboration with three schools: Law, Economy and Business Administration, and promotes the following:
(1) academic legal and economic research;
(2) teaching students and training regulation's managers;
(3) conducting academic and public conferences and seminars on topics of competition and regulation.
